1. Acceptance of Terms

GemCart BD operates as an independent third-party digital e-commerce platform offering gaming vouchers, in-game virtual currencies (including Free Fire UID Diamonds, Level-Up Passes, Weekly/Monthly Memberships), and related digital gaming assets.

3. User Accounts & Security

To access specialized order features or maintain an active wallet balance, you may authenticate through Google Login. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete personal information.
• Maintain the confidentiality and security of your login device and credentials.
• Assume full responsibility for all activities, orders, and wallet balance deductions occurring under your account.

4. Pricing, Currency & Payments

All prices listed on GemCart BD are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include applicable service handling charges.

• GemCart BD reserves the right to adjust product pricing at any time without prior notice based on currency exchange rate shifts, publisher wholesale price changes, or inventory dynamics.
• Payments must be remitted through official automated payment gateways (including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or preloaded GemCart Wallet balance).
• Any fraudulent payment attempts, fake screenshot submissions, or illicit chargebacks will result in immediate permanent account termination and legal reporting.

5. Delivery Timelines & System Maintenance

Under normal operational parameters, digital orders are automatically fulfilled within 1 to 5 minutes.

However, occasional delays may occur during official game server maintenance, publisher API outages, or national mobile payment network congestion. In such events, pending orders are held securely in our processing queue and completed automatically once normal server operations resume.

6. Prohibited Activities

When using GemCart BD, you expressly agree NOT to:

• Exploit software bugs, security vulnerabilities, or pricing glitches.
• Deploy automated scripts, bots, spiders, or scrapers to access the platform.
• Engage in payment fraud, identity theft, or unauthorized money laundering activities.
• Harass, abuse, or submit frivolous claims to customer support agents.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GemCart BD and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your inability to access the site, publisher server downtime, or game account suspensions resulting from publisher terms-of-service violations unrelated to our automated top-up fulfillment.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the prevailing laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any legal disputes arising out of these terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bangladesh.
